高密度聚乙烯管如HDPE双壁波纹管一般用于回用工程中低压输水管道,从经济角度考虑,在再生水凹用工程中—般使用的高密度聚乙烯管公称直径且风之400mm。高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管是一种具有环状波纹结构外壁和平滑内壁的新型管材,国内20世纪80年代初已从加拿大引进其生产线。高密度聚乙烯管又分为HDPE双壁波纹管和HDPz大口径缠绕增强管、HDPE平滑管。高密度聚乙烯管作为一种新型轻质管材,具有重量轻、耐外压、卫生性能好、施工快、寿命长等特点。公称外径在DN400以下时与球墨铸铁管相比价格上还有一定的优势。高密度聚乙烯管道基础采用砂石垫层基础,对一般土质的地基,基底只需铺一层砂垫层,厚度0.1m。对软土地基,槽底处在地下水位以下时,需铺垫砾石砂或碎石,厚度0.15m。

High-density polyethylene pipes are divided into HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes, HDPz large-caliber wound reinforced pipes, and HDPE smooth pipes. As a new type of lightweight pipe, high density polyethylene pipe has the characteristics of light weight, resistance to external pressure, good sanitary performance, fast construction and long life. When the nominal outside diameter is below DN400, there is still a certain price advantage compared with ductile iron pipes. The foundation of the high-density polyethylene pipeline adopts a sandstone cushion foundation. For a general soil foundation, the foundation only needs to be laid with a sand cushion layer with a thickness of 0.1m. For soft ground, when the bottom of the trough is below the groundwater level, gravel sand or crushed stone should be laid, with a thickness of 0.15m.
